6 Pack Abs Protein & Fiber Pancake Recipe Ingredients: 2 omega 3 eggs 1 T ground flax seed 1 T psyillium husk 1 t cinnamon powder 14 cup whole, rolled oats 2 T unsweetened almond milk 14 cup frozen blueberries Extra virgin coconut oil Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl until you get a nice batter consistency. Grease your pan with the coconut oil and heat on medium heat. Cook your pancake until its golden brown on both sides. Drizzle with some honey or real maple syrup and top with some fresh fruit if youd like. This pancake has protein, fiber, good fats, and complex carbohydrates, and fruit. ENJOY! Love, Liz
