PIZZA RECIPE – QUICK, EASY, HIGH PROTEIN!

Just a quickie little recipe: -12 of a Thomas WHOLE WHEAT english muffin, toasted very well -1 tblspoon of any low-sugar spagetti or pizza sauce -1 to 2 small frozen turkey meatballs -approx 1 tblspoon of fat free or part-skim mozzarella cheese -Toast the english muffin REALLY well, then layer the sauce on top. Place the frozen meatballs in the microwave for 1 minute, then slice thinly and layer on top of the sauce. (I used about 1.5 meatballs) Then top with cheese and melt in the oven or toaster oven. YUM! Note: I am on the soft stage and did really well with this – no problems at all!
